🌱 Application form for the EHPS Sustainable Travel Awards
🏆 As choosing a sustainable means of travel can reduce carbon emissions associated with academic conferencing by up to 90%, the EHPS supports travel methods and routes that cause fewer greenhouse gas emissions, such as land routes instead of air travel. For inspiration on how to travel to Groningen by train, bus or bike, see the EHPS 2025 travel website. If flying is necessary, less emitting airlines and routes can be found via Google Flights and by choosing direct flights over transitions.
Delegates can apply to receive one of three “EHPS Sustainable Travel Awards” – each awarded with 100 Euro. Awardees can use the monetary incentive freely, e.g., for extra accommodation costs along the way.

Deadline for applications is 3rd August 2025
