If you would like to offer a public comment during the LARAEC Board meeting, please complete this form to let us know you would like to speak.

The following conditions will apply:

* Speakers will be allowed a maximum of 3 minutes each.

* Your name or alias will be called during the public comment section only.

* You may begin your presentation by giving your name and/or the organization you represent, if any.

* Speakers will abide by basic standards of propriety and accepted public speech in support of respectful conduct and language as well as the avoidance of disruptive activities. Any speaker whose manner of presentation disregards these basic standards of propriety and accepted public speech will receive direction from the Board to cease.
