Minimum 3.0 GPA
Objective
Acquire practical, hands-on experience in community nutrition
Tasks
Education material development, including handouts and newsletters
Recipe testing and cooking classes (no experience necessary)
Shadow client sessions and observe counseling techniques

45 contact hours minimum
2-3 hours/week, attend weekly hours set at start of semester
Requirements
Weekly participation in Nutrition Center activities, biweekly journal, mid and final self-evaluation
