Grove Park Gives is planning a fundraising Brunch for Saturday, May 11th from 11:00am until 2:00pm.
We envision a series of food and beverage stations spread out along South Evelyn Place Park.
Types Of Volunteers Needed- Neighborly Booth Hosts (In the park or on your S Evelyn Pl Park
facing lawn)

Sponsored Booth Host (restaurant or community org)
- Extra Hands on the Day
- Host a bathroom location (allow attendees to use your bathroom)
- Host an electricity location (extension cord from your house)
What We Will Provide to Booth Hosts
- 1x Heavy duty 10'x10' pop-up, folding
- 1x Folding table - 30 in x 6 ft
- 1x 6' Table Cloth
- 2x Folding chairs
- 1x 100' Extension cord
- 1x Power strip
- 1x Ice chest / cooler (optional)
- 1x Water cooler (optional)
What Booth Hosts (Neighborly & Sponsored) are Responsible for
- 1 Food or 1 beverage option for 50 attendees
- Cover the cost and labor of the food/beverage, utensils, and plates
- Setup (30 minutes before) and breakdown (30 minutes after)
- 4 hours of service total on the day
- Coordination of which station will provide what (we will facilitate that

Sponsored Booth - Self Promotion & Items for Sale
Booth sponsors are welcome to display self promotional material and have additional items for sale outside of their booth responsibilities.
Attendance
Last year we had 17 ticket
holders and 10 hosts for a total of 27 total participants.This year we
would like to increase our neighbor turnout. We are hoping for 40 total
attendees (including hosts).

We see this level of volunteerism as just as, if not MUCH MORE,
important than monetary donations. Your act of service for our
community is immeasurable and this event would not be the same without
your level of support. We are truly grateful that you would even
