2024 Naples Jog-a-Thon T-Shirt Sponsorship Form
Use this form for ordering a Jog a Thon T-Shirt and Group Banner sponsorship.  

Sponsor name is featured on the back of the Jog a Thon T-Shirt.  This shirt is worn by  students on the day of the event and then becomes part of our school uniform to be worn for years to come!

The group banner thanks our sponsors by name and is displayed on our fence facing either Venetia Drive or Saint Irmo until next year's Jog a Thon!

This sponsorship is fully tax deductible (Tax ID# 95-6207698)!

Cost: $250  
Deadline: October 28, 2024*
