Injunction Appeal Rally at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals | Wednesday, August 23rd at 9am

Please join small business owners, community leaders and residents from across San Francisco on Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023 at 9am in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (95 7th St, San Francisco, CA 94103).

The rally will call on the 9th Circuit Court to overturn Judge Donna Ryu’s injunction prohibiting San Francisco from enforcing its laws against public lodging or camping.

We also call on the city to fund enough shelter for the unhoused and enough substance use disorder treatment and mental health treatment for those needing it.
