Thank you for your interest in sponsoring and supporting the 2025 CWDA Annual Conference at the Santa Clara Convention Center - October 8-10, 2025. Please complete the sponsorship commitment form in its entirety to begin the process.
Important Information: Sponsorship payment is not required at the time of commitment. Upon receipt of your completed form, we will send you a welcome email that includes the following:
- Confirmation of your selected sponsorship level
- A detailed list of benefits associated with your sponsorship level
- An invoice for your sponsorship (Net 30 payment terms) and a W-9 form
- Sponsor/Exhibitor Agreement – to be signed and returned with your payment
- A request for your company logo and company bio (if applicable based on sponsorship level) for use in conference marketing and promotions
Once payment is received, we will provide registration and exhibitor information in the order commitments are fulfilled. Please note: Exhibit space selection is based on both the sponsorship level and the date your commitment is received.
