EVERYONE must sign a waiver or have a parent sign a waiver. No signed waiver, you can not participate.
The cost is $15 and includes lunch (slice of pizza, bag of chips and a drink). We have a snack shack (Frank the Flamingo's Snack Shack) where you can purchase additional food.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate in any way in the sport and activities of paintball at Faith Assembly of God in Rock Hill, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:


1. The risk of injury from the activity he potential for permanent disability and death, and while particular protective equipment and personal discipline will minimize this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist;
2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN and weaponry involved in paintball is significant, including IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE of those persons released from liability below, and assume full responsibility for my participation: and,
3. I understand that the activities of paintball are physically and mentally intense. I understand the rules of play and will comply with all rules and regulations.
4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Faith Assembly of God in Rock Hill, the owners, Pastos, volunteers, and lessons of premises used. To conduct paintball activities, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
5. I understand and agree that this Release of Liability Agreement Covers each and every paintball activity and event in which I participate hereafter.

RULES
SAFETY RULES
> All players MUST be wearing Goggles and Face masks prior to entering playing areas, and the chronograph area.
> All players MUST put in place Barrel sleeves prior to exiting playing areas and chronograph area.
> Each player MUST have their paintball marker chronographer prior to game play. Paintball markers may not exceed 280 FPS.
> No shooting paintball guns outside the designated areas.
> Prior to participation in games, each player must go through safety orientation.

REFEREES
> Referees’ calls are final.
> Talking back to referees will not be tolerated.
> Do not shoot the referees.
> If a referee is in your line of fire, ask him to move.
> Do not use referees for cover.

PAINT CHECKS
> Call paint check to get a referee to check you for paint hits. Do not waste other player’s time with obviously unnecessary paint check.
> Players being checked for paint hits by a referee are neutral. Do not shoot neutral players.
> If you call “OUT”, you are out. If you are in doubt, call “Paint Check” first.

GENERAL RULES
> NO BLIND FIRING!
> No discharging paintball markers outside the designated shooting areas.
> No shooting at people not wearing protective equipment.
> No carrying or moving the bunkers or field parts.
> No knives or other weapons.
> No wiping off paint hits while still on the field.
> No talking while exiting the field (no advising teammates, no taunting, etc.)
> No drinks or food within playing areas.
> No foul language.
> Offer your opponent the opportunity to surrender if you are within 20 feet.
> Once eliminated, raise your gun and arm over your head and move quickly toward the exit.
> Exit the field as quickly and quietly as possible.
> Put on barrel sleeve prior to exiting the field.
