This form is to gather your interest and availability to Work at the 2017 Alamo City Furry Invasion (to be known as ACFI in this document).
You will be able to add notes at the bottom on things you feel we may need to know, such as events or panels you may want to attend so we can give you the best fit possible on your volunteer slot availability.
A typical shift will be 4 hours. Your availability does not mean you will be scheduled for ALL of those times. It just means you are letting us know what works for you, so we can work with you.
We will take into consideration your availability, the number of preferred shifts, and your preferred shift type before scheduling, however, the sooner you get back to us, the sooner we will be able to put you in your preferred spot, (first come, first serve).
Working One (1) shift gets you a day pass for the 2018 ACFI convention, two (2) shifts will earn you a T-Shirt for the 2017 or 2018 ACFI. Three (3) shifts gets you an attending registration for The 2018 ACFI and a T-Shirt for The 2017 or 2018 ACFI convention.
Please be willing to give at least 4 consecutive hours of availability each day you are available. Please check the schedule so you can volunteer around panels or events you are interested in attending.

Once schedules are complete, you will receive an email that will give you the details of your schedule. Please confirm that email and schedule as soon as you can. Please plan to receive a schedule approximately a month after the close of Pre-Registration (around the Mid to End of Sept is when the volunteer schedule will be sent out). The Alamo City Furry Invasion may share confidential information with staff members and volunteers from time to time as business needs require. We will let you know what these items are and who they may be shared with.Any individual employed (volunteer or paid) by the Alamo City Furry Invasion may have access to or receive certain information of or about the Company that the Company designates as confidential or that, under the circumstances surrounding disclosure, ought to be treated as confidential by the individual employed (volunteer or paid) by the Alamo City Furry Invasion.(“Confidential Information”). Confidential Information includes information relating to the Company or its current or proposed business, financial statements, budgets and projections, customer identifying information, potential and intended customers, employers, products, computer programs, specifications, manuals, software, analyses, strategies, marketing plans, business plans, public relations and other confidential information, provided orally, in writing, by drawings, or by any other media. The individual employed (volunteer or paid) by the Alamo City Furry Invasion will treat the Confidential Information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party or use it for any purpose but to fulfill his obligations in this agreement. In addition, the individual employed (volunteer or paid) by the Alamo City Furry Invasion shall use due care and diligence to prevent the unauthorized use or disclosure of such information.
