1. Once the permit has been approved, turn in cash, check, or money order (made payable to MAYVILLE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS) to the district business office.2. Make necessary arrangements of equipment, prior to the event.3. Upon completion of the event:
a. Return all equipment/restore area. b. Pick up area used and if necessary sweep the area. c. If event is on a FRIDAY NIGHT, SATURDAY, OR SUNDAY:
-Refer to a. & b. Above -Flush all toilets in restrooms used and empty all wastebaskets. -Turn off all lights. -Secure building by making sure doors are locked and windows closed. -A $30.00 DEPOSIT will be collected prior to the event. This will be returned if all above responsibilities are met and no additional cleaning is needed.
