JPTN Team General Information - Updated 19JAN22
Thank you for taking the time to report your issues and concerns pertaining to the network.  Please remember our JPTN network is new and built/designed from the ground up, so we, along with our engineers, are continuing to adjust network infrastructure details and will continue to make necessary changes to get all connectable homes to 25 Megabit (Mbps) download and 3 Mbps upload speed. This speed is what the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) considers a “broadband” network classification. We encourage you to continue to use your service as we anticipate speeds shall continue to improve as network engineers and the JPTN Network Deployment Team work diligently to refine and enhance the service as a whole.

Please note that the JPTN Network has the capacity to provide high-speed Internet to all, so the capacity is not the issue. At present, we are working on getting additional new technologies and connections secured via current and planned towers to as many homes as possible which are able to be connected via a clear line of sight.
