Good day, Mendes Army!

Shawn Mendes Philippines, the local street team of Shawn Mendes in the Philippines, has been working behind the screen since June of 2014. Our team was a result of an agreed collaboration between two (2) Shawn Mendes PH street team accounts and was initially operated by a number of moderators / officers. As time passes, changes in priorities became evident and our number decreased. Nevertheless, the continued efforts, dedication and commitment of the remaining members are the sole reasons why our team persists to exist – to support Shawn Mendes and serve the fandom.

Witnessing Shawn grow into the artist and star that he is today, we couldn't be prouder and happier. And through the years, with his fan base getting bigger and as more events of his occur every single day, we have decided that it's time to expand our team.

As means to improve our team, we at Shawn Mendes Philippines (SHAWNMPH), will undergo internal changes and will conduct an ADMIN SEARCH to expand our family. This shall give every interested applicant an equal opportunity to be selected and be part of our team. Likewise, this shall also give our team the avenue to grow and develop ways to better serve fellow fans locally and/or internationally, while extending our utmost support to Shawn Mendes.

Moving forward, please be reminded that being part of Shawn Mendes Philippines (SHAWNMPH) entails commitment and dedication – our activities are sponsored by our own pockets, unless stated otherwise. We are wholeheartedly serving on our own free will. This fan effort involves neither a salary nor exclusive perks so apply at your own risk!

In line with this, please be informed that we are opening the following positions:

(6) Social Media Operations Officer
o Handles FB / IG / TW team accounts
o Regularly posts updates / news relating to Shawn Mendes
o Attends to inquiries and other concerns
o Ensures that concerns are forwarded to Team Heads for deliberation of appropriate answer and/or action
o Should have basic knowledge on editing (e.g. putting watermarks)
o Verifies and ensures that their posts / updates are not rumors
o Performs other task/s that may be assigned from time to time

(2) Team Graphic Artist
o Handles the preparation, designing or editing of headers, posters, cartoons, promotional videos and in other instances where graphic design is needed

(3) External Affairs Officer
o Attend meetings and other event gatherings if needed
o Aids in coordinating with local management or event organizers when needed
o Relays all information discussed to Team Heads
o Aids in posting updates
o Performs other task/s that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
- Dedicated fan of Shawn Mendes
- Must be following our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages
- Of Filipino descent
- Understands/Speaks Filipino
- Able to attend internal and external meetings and events
- Able to give monetary contributions monthly
- With good communication skills
- Able to contribute ideas to the team
- Knows how to manage his/her time well
- Ability to commit one's time & effort to assigned task/s
- Sociable; Knows how to get along with other people
- Respectful; Mature; Dependable
- Loyal, Committed and Hardworking
