Valley Wide Pride Fest 2026 Vendor Request Form

The Forth Annual Valley Wide Pride Festival will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 10:00 am - 4:00 p.m., at Lakefront Park located in downtown Hudson, WI. The event will take place rain or shine. 

Registration includes a 10x10 space at the event.

Registration does not include access to electricity, a tent, chair, or tables. Vendors must weigh down their tent.

Booth registration information:
- Businesses: $50
- Non-Profit & Artists: $50
**Please note: if these fees create a barrier to your organization, please email us to talk through options.**

Hudson Pride Co. juries vendor requests prior to approval. Hudson Pride Co. reserves the right to exclude any vendor registration that does not fit the character or values of the event or if there are excessive vendors of the same nature. In the event that the applications outnumber the spaces we have, we will close the registration with as much notice as possible.
