Animal Foster Care Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Humane Society of Charles Count (HSCC) animal foster volunteer. HSCC saves more than 1,600 animals each year through our Animal Foster Care Program.

Animal foster volunteers provide temporary care for cats, kittens, dogs and puppies in their own homes. Some animals need as little as one night or two nights of care, some two weeks of care, while others may need care for up to three months.

Filling out this application does NOT automatically qualify you as a animal foster care provider. Your application will be reviewed and vetted within 24-72 hours. All foster candidates will be evaluated based on the information provided in this application as well as a personal interview with the HSCC Foster Care Coordinator. HSCC may elect to do a home visit prior to approval. Once your application is approved, foster families will be contacted on an as need bases about animals that need foster care.
