This form lets you join any Maine ATV club entirely online. You can join or donate to one club or multiple clubs, and you may also donate directly to the Maine ATV Coalition (MAC) to support statewide efforts. Donations to MAC are unrestricted and used at the discretion of the Executive Board. MAC is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, so donations may be tax deductible.

This form does not show running totals as you add clubs or donations; you’ll see the final amount only after you click Submit. Submitting locks the form and sends an email to MAC, so you cannot edit that entry—if you need changes, start a new submission. This behavior is a limitation of Google Forms; there’s no penalty and it does not cause any issue for MAC. To avoid redoing work, keep a running total as you go; submitting multiple times won’t change the price.
- Convenience for member clubs. This online service is provided to MAC member clubs to simplify membership and donations. For a list of participating clubs please visit our website at www.maineatvcoalition.com or directly at www.maineatvcoalition.com/participating-clubs
- Processing fee. MAC adds a 6% processing fee to each order to cover administrative and electronic costs; this fee appears at checkout automatically. MAC does not make any commission from these membership sales or the processing fees.
- Club revenue. Clubs receive 100% of their standard membership fees. MAC receives no compensation for this service.
- Receipt and delivery. You will receive an automatic confirmation email with transaction details immediately after signing up. MAC forwards payments and member information to the selected clubs; clubs handle member communications and follow-up. In most cases your membership is effective immediately after payment—save your confirmation email as proof. This applies to trail access on Irving lands as well; you do not need to wait for stickers, but please plan ahead and reach out to the club for more information.
Privacy and data sharing:
MAC will share your information only with the club or clubs you selected and only after full payment. If payment is not completed, your information remains protected under our privacy policy which can be viewed on our website www.maineatvcoalition.com.
