Multi-age Vision

Treehouse Village’s vision is for a joyful, environmentally responsible, healthy, multi-age cohousing community in Bridgewater. A multi-age community is a key tenet of our vision. To achieve this vision, we have reserved half of the homes for older households (Group B), and half for younger households (Group A). A minimum of 14 homes are reserved for Group A households. The groups are defined as follows:
Group A: Households with at least one adult member under the age of 40 who will be living at Treehouse; OR Households with children under 19 years of age, at least one of whom will be living at Treehouse.
Group B: all other households.
