Intimacy & Grief Survey
Thank you for being part of this study. I am collecting feedback from hospice staff, therapists, and grief therapists to look more closely at the intimacy needs of couples on hospice and their survivors after the death. The literature that does exist suggests that we need a better approach to a subject that the couples themselves identified as being truly important to them at the end of life. I am looking at whether or not we have any kind of training in approaching it at all. Are we supporting the couples and the survivors in an area they have identified as important, and are we comfortable discussing the loss of intimacy with the survivors?

It will take less than 5 minutes to complete.
