Autumn Affair Baking Sign-Up Sheet
Thank you for showing interest in participating in the 32nd Windham Autumn Affair Baking Competition! Please complete the following sign-up form to reserve your spot in the Baking Contest. Read the official Baking Handbook and bring a printed Entry form and your baked goods to the contest on Saturday, October 10th between 10:00am- 12:00pm.

A $5 entry fee and short application will be due upon submission of baked good to the Baking Contest Competition table located inside the Center Church at the Autumn Affair on October 10th between 10am and 12pm. Final judging will take place after 1pm on October 10th.
