To Reserve a Space:
1) Submit this application.
2) Check email for invoice and pay within 24 hours of receipt

ALL VENDORS WITH FOOD OR FOOD SAMPLES WILL REQUIRE A FOOD PERMIT THROUGH THE CITY OF MESQUITE. PLEASE VERIFY YOU CAN OBTAIN A PERMIT BEFORE YOU REGISTER.
All vendors need to contribute items to the Swag Bags we will be giving away to shoppers. This can be any items, related to your business or not, but cannot be a coupon. You can get as creative as you'd like and it does not have to be anything expensive. We can discuss more in the vendor group.
Assignment of vendor space will be at the discretion of Event Organizer and the vendor must exhibit within that space.
No-shows will forfeit their eligibility for future events. Event will go on rain or shine!
There are NO Refunds and no "roll-overs" to future events FOR ANY REASON.
Vendors will not be allowed to set up any earlier than 8:30am the day of the event. Vendors must finish setting up and be ready for the show by 9:45am. Vendors arriving after 9:45am will be turned away.
Vendors shall not begin tear-down or leave prior to the end of the event. Doing so will forfeit eligibility for future events. No-shows will forfeit eligibility for future events.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND NO 'ROLL-OVERS', FOR ANY REASON.

EVENT ORGANIZER, its employees, volunteers, and representatives will not be liable for loss or damage caused to persons or property for any cause whatsoever. EVENT ORGANIZER will not be held liable for any expenses arising out of any claim of injury, damage to any person or property, together with all cost in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney fees. By filling out this form, you are agreeing to all of the above rules as a general contract. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions as indicated on this application and contract. I agree to sell only those items approved by EVENT ORGANIZER. If I change/add a new category or merchandise, I must submit a request to EVENT ORGANIZER. Non-compliance will force EVENT ORGANIZER to exclude the offending vendor from future events. *
