Event Donation Form
Blue Dog Bakery is committed to its mission of providing all-natural, healthy treats to dogs nationwide. Our "Say Yes" donation policy was created to support the dog community and give back to non-profit organizations through product donations. We support 501(c)(3) organizations whose mission centers around making pets' lives better.

We require a 10 week lead time for all event donation requests (at least 2 months prior to the event date). Our Donation Coordinator will be checking submissions once a month (3rd Monday) and will be following up with organizations to let them know if we have accepted the request.

Any submissions with missing information such as EIN number, determination letter, or incorrect shipping information will be rejected. We hope you understand and thank you for reaching out to Blue Dog Bakery.
