June 2019 Internship Application
We've extended the application window for three amazing part-time internships.

* Public Relations and Marketing
* Mapping with GIS
* Drinking Water Treatment

This extended application----for these three positions only----is due Wed., April 24.
Our school district has partnered with regional employers to offer part-time internships in June. This 3-week opportunity begins June 10 and finishes June 27---four hours each day. On Mondays you'll meet in a classroom in Auburn; Tuesday through Thursday are your work hours; Fridays are off. These hours may vary based on the workplace. You will receive one elective credit and a "career internship" designation on your transcript. It's great for college applications.

After completing this application, you will be contacted for an interview during the week of April 29. If selected, you will confirm your interest via email and begin filling out paperwork with your parent(s). A parent orientation is scheduled for 7 p.m. on May 13 at the Lynn MacDonald Education Center, 3775 Richardson Drive, Auburn.

On June 27, we're planning a final showcase with all students and businesses meeting at the Lynn MacDonald Education Center. Hopefully, you'll also have a letter of recommendation and a great experience that can help you as you move into your senior year and beyond.

If you have questions, ask your counselor or call 530.886.4440.
