How To Be An Informed Voter: A Conversation with Maria Yuan, Founder of IssueVoter

Maria Yuan is passionate about fixing significant, systemic problems. As the founder of IssueVoter, Maria’s mission is to enable equity by giving everyone a voice in our representative democracy. Join us on July 29 as she shares her personal story of getting into politics from a career in finance, and why she started IssueVoter. She will also walk us through easy ways to learn who's on your ballot, keep tabs on how your elected officials are voting, and ensure your voice is heard on key legislation.

IssueVoter is a nonpartisan, online platform that makes civic engagement accessible by allowing individuals to send opinions directly to their Representatives and keeps Congress accountable by providing a personalized scorecard of your Rep’s votes.

Please RSVP by Tuesday, July 28, 8pm EST. The Zoom link will be sent to all attendees prior to the conversation.
