Day Camp & Thursday Overnights & Multi Day Adventures - Registration Request Form -  Ages 6 & Up
This is a REGISTRATION REQUEST FORM for Adventurers, AGES 6 & UP wanting to join us for "REAL" fun adventures this summer. Adventurers may sign up for our DAY ADVENTURES, WEEKLY OVERNIGHT CAMPING ADVENTURES, as well as our MULTI-DAY ADVENTURES, , including Mountain Bike Camps, Surf Camps, Connecticut River Adventure and Wakeboard Camp.

Please fill out a separate form for each of your adventurers.

Here's how it works:

1. Fill out the registration form & submit.
2. We will review your form & contact you, if needed, to discuss any availability issues. If dates are not immediately available, you will automatically be added to the waitlist and notified as soon as there is an opening.
3. We will send out an invoice.
4. You are required to pay the invoice in full within 3 days to secure your dates.
5. After we receive payment, we will send a confirmation with all of the program details and a "what to bring" list.
6. Your adventurer will have the best time at Mud City!
