Student absence reporting (self-isolating and COVID-related)

This student form is used to notify the College of all COVID-related absences, including precautionary self-isolating that will result in studying remotely.

COVID-19 Case Management will be the receiver of submissions, and are responsible for informing the Timetabling Manager and your relevant Faculty of either an absence (sick leave) or a change to remote studying (if well enough to study while isolating). COVID-19 will communicate with staff only in relation to changes in timetabled activities, and not specific health related information.

COVID-19 Case Management will communicate with you using the covidreporting.student@nchlondon.ac.uk email address.

All data is collected and will be processed in compliance with the College's Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulations 2019
