Thanks for your interest in requesting services from the Office of Institutional Research and Planning. This form is intended for use by the LPC community to facilitate requests for data and research support.

Please fill out this form completely with as much information as possible. We encourage all comprehensive research requests be communicated to your supervisor or committee chair. Only complete requests will be processed. Once a request is submitted, a staff member will contact you within five business days to discuss it. It may take up to two to three weeks to provide data.
