- Patrol Programs: Rookie, Ranger, Star
  - Requisite: Rookie, competed LS Swimmer 6 or RC Swim Kids 8
Bronze: $400 plus HST: includes course, manuals & certification
- Bronze Star with Basic First Aid
  - Requisite: Patrol Star or completed Red Cross Swim Kids 10
- Bronze Medallion with Emergency First Aid
  - Requisite: 13 years of age or completed Bronze Star
- Bronze Cross with Standard First Aid
  - Requisite: Bronze Cross and Emergency First Aid

Certifications:

Receive certification with Lifesaving Society in:
- Patrol: Rookie, Ranger, Star
- Bronze: Star, Medallion & Cross
- First Aid: Basic, Emergency & Standard

Course Components

Candidates will participate in a week of first aid and rescue training
Candidates will work together in an outdoor setting to develop and apply their rescue skills
Emphasis is placed on learning in a relaxing, fun outdoor environment while preparing for a final exam. Days will be spent soaking up the sun, working hard and earning those valuable playtime breaks.
A Lifesaving examiner will examine all candidates who the instructor feels are prepared for the exam on the morning of the last day
The final afternoon will be spent celebrating and kicking back having fun at Dogwood Forest
