SJDL - Home & School Association Parent Volunteer Interest Form 2025-2026

Please complete this Home and School Parent Volunteer Form if you are interested in serving our school alongside other parent volunteers.

Approximately 250 families are part of our school community, but only about 10% currently volunteer. This small group needs your help, no matter how small the task. It takes a spiritual village to build and strengthen our community—please consider becoming an active participant in making it happen.

ABOUT:
The purpose of the Home and School Association (HSA) is to serve the SJDL family community by assisting with fundraising activities that directly benefit the students, faculty, and the maintenance and infrastructure of the school.

Examples of what we aim to fund include:

  • Maintaining up-to-date technological programs and infrastructure.
  • Facility maintenance and security improvements.
  • Teacher benefits.

In addition to these goals, the Association organizes fundraising activities that provide academic scholarships for students who otherwise would not be able to attend the school.

The HSA plays a vital role in achieving the school’s goals, supported by the efforts of our friends, parents, and the local community. Through your participation in fundraising activities and events, you can help strengthen the SJDL community and spirit while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.
