College clubs and college students are not charged for booth space, but must fill out this form nonetheless.
Vendors (selling merch) are charged a $25.00 per day fee. Exhibitors and organizations (not selling merch) are not charged. Checks can be made payable to Cochise College, and are due on the morning of Saturday, February 9th (you can bring cash or checks to the central ticket booth during the vendor/exhibitor meeting, during the set-up evening before the event, OR on the morning of the event; it is NOT necessary to mail checks). Set-up time is 5-9 PM Friday, February 8th and 6-9 PM Saturday, February 9. Tear-down begins Sunday evening. All buildings will be secured (locked) overnight. Lawn events will not be secure.
