KayLeo Urban Farm Visit Reservation
Please complete this form if you or a group are interested in visiting KayLeo Urban Farm.  A donation of $25 is suggested for a group of 10 or less. Email scott@kayleourbanfarm.org for pricing for larger groups.
Group size is limited based on KayLeo volunteer availability. 
Visits may be cancelled due to inclement weather or other extenuating services. An effort will be made to reschedule the visit.
