2019-2020 Summer Schedule Form
You can use this form to request changes to your child's schedule. Changes can be made for the following reasons:
1) Incorrect placement in a course.
2) A technical error (Course listed twice)
3) Scheduling conflict (2 courses same period)

You will not see Study Halls on your tentative schedule. Study halls will be added in August to the class periods that are empty. We will be working on these requests throughout the summer, if we are able to make the requested change it will be reflected in the schedule to be mailed in August.
