Hello to you cool people! We are excited to offer another year of a 4-day sleep away camp at Camp Mattole! Please read this important information before you fill out your registration request.

This form is a registration request. It is a first step and does not mean your camper is registered for North Star Quest (NSQ) Camp 2026.  After you complete it, the NSQ registrar will be reaching out to you to confirm your registration and ask any follow up questions.  

* NSQ is for campers entering the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th grades in September 2026
*Camp is located located at Camp Mattole in Petrolia, CA
* Camp costs $595 for each camper, but we never turn a camper away because of inability to pay. There is an optional Scholarship and Payment Plan form at the end of this form. Refund deadline is two weeks prior to camp start date.
* Camp is a safe and protected space for all campers.  All are welcome here.
* All information provided through this form is kept confidential

NSQ Camp 2026 Dates (*PLEASE NOTE DIFFERENT DATES DEPENDING ON GRADE*):

~Grades 6 & 7 ONLY: July 12- 16, 2026
Campers MUST ARRIVE on Sunday, July 12 between 3:00-3:30 pm and MUST BE PICKED UP Thurs, July 16. Arrive between 10:00-10:30 am and plan to stay until 1:00 pm

~Grades 8 & 9 ONLY: July 19-July 23, 2026
Campers MUST ARRIVE on Sunday, July 19 between 3:00-3:30 pm and MUST BE PICKED UP Thurs,  July 23. Arrive between 10:00-10:30 am and plan to stay until 1:00 pm
