BWC Building Move - Leads & Resources
As a member-led organization, we rely on the expertise and connections of our community. Please let us know if you have any leads on spaces we could move to for the short or long term, and if you have any skills to offer to our Building Committee. Also, our Building Search Committee is recruiting for new members. This Committee is made up of four action & task-oriented teams:

> Co-locating Team: Look at churches, synagogues, schools where we would co-locate with an existing institution

> Market Team: Vetting commercial & residential properties; monitor listings, approach property owners

> Non-profit development Team: Focus on communication with non-profit developers, to find out what’s coming on the market

> Long-Term Partnership Team: Explore possibility of partnering with one or more organizations with shared values in a common collaborative space.

If you have any questions, contact the co-chairs of our Building Committee: Andy Strauss ( or Debbie Katz (

Do you have any leads on a space that we could pursue?
We are searching for a variety of properties including commercial and residential spaces; renting or buying space. We are also open to sharing space with a value-aligned organization (schools, churches, synagogues, mosques, non-profit organizations). Please let us know what the space is, if you have a relationship there, and if you have the name/contact of a person there.
