3D Printing @ Idea Realization Lab DPU
Welcome to the sign-up form for the 3D Printing @ IRL club. As a pilot program, we will only be accepting 10 applicants this year. By signing up for the club, you'll be committing to meeting up with us once a week on Wednesday from 3:30pm-4:30pm until the end of the academic year. The club begins meeting February 24th.
During our meetings, we'll cover building Creality Ender 3 3D printers and modifying them. In turn, we'll send you a free 3D printer to KEEP, and on a rolling basis, send you cool new 3D printer parts to modify your printer. We'll also send you different kinds of filament to try out. The club will be working with Chicago Public Schools students from Lane Tech. If you sign up to join us, and are accepted into our pilot program, you will need to fill out a volunteer form and email a picture of a valid state ID to an employee at CPS.
