Adoption Application/Contract
All animals will be held for an applicant for 24 hours. If the application and fee is not received by 4 Paws within 24 hours or other arrangements have not been made the animal will be put back up for adoption. At that time the next application in line will be considered for the adoption of this animal.
All adoptions are contingent upon approval of your application. The adoption fee is due at the time of adoption. The fee may also be paid by Pay Pal at
