BBQ Festival Merchandise Vendor Application 2026

Please note...submitting this form is not a guarantee to be a vendor. This is an application for consideration to the 2026 festival. Your application will be reviewed by the vendor committee and you will receive an email within two weeks if you are accepted. Upon being accepted, you must complete the payment process to be fully registered. Payment must be made by the deadline or an additional fee will be required.

Please note: We will make an attempt to honor space assignment requests, however, many factors go into selecting the space you are assigned. Space assignments will be sent to vendors one-two weeks before the festival. The festival is around the downtown square with entrances at all four corners. People arrive to the festival through all entrances. Various activities take place at different locations around the square throughout the day...some areas may be busier than others at different times. Like vendors will be placed around the square with preference of placement according to the order vendor payment is made. We try to place like vendors on opposite sides of the square or one per side.

After being accepted, payment instructions will follow in a separate email. Please allow up to two weeks to receive confirmation and instructions. Be sure to check your spam folder during this time! If you have not received it within two weeks, please call Vickie at the number above.

Will you be using a generator?
Please understand that generators must be 70dB or less, otherwise, they are not allowed to be in use around the main square. The BBQ Festival cannot provide or guarantee access to power or water.
