MITCA uses proceeds from merchandising sales a this event to cover costs and to provide funding for the Mid West Meet of Champions. Your school, as host, will generate revenue for your own program and school. In 2018, each of our hosts PROFITED OVER $5000. Below is a breakdown/separation of the revenue/expenditures to better understand your role:

- MITCA will provide trophies, medals and volunteer t-shirts at no cost to host school
-MITCA/ADDIX will set up merchandising tents and retain those sales. No other merchandise can be sold
- HOST school is responsible for securing all officials, including timing and cover all costs associated
- HOST schools will keep 100% proceeds from admission, parking and concession. Gate/Parking set by MITCA.
- MICHIANA Timing is the preferred timer for MITCA Team State events, however, you may choose to select your own.
- MITCA's expectation is that Live Results are provided and updated Meet records are included in results.
