EU Referendum Stakeholder Event: Music Industry, consultation by the SMIA
The Scottish Music Industry Association has been invited to attend an EU Referendum Stakeholder Event chaired by Fiona Hyslop MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Culture, Tourism and External Affairs. As part of this event SMIA chair Dougal Perman will take part in round table discussions. We would love to know what matters to you so we can bring your points to the discussion. The following two questions have been put to us. The other questions are all optional but the more data you can provide, the better our understanding of industry needs. All data will be anonymised and treated as confidential.
What impact has the vote to leave the EU had on your sector and what has your initial response to this been?
What are the key characteristics of a differentiated approach to Brexit (as set out in Scotland’s Place in Europe) for the Scottish culture and tourism sectors and what are your main priorities that you would like to see the Scottish Government advocate?
