Please use the following form to request prayers for your family, friends, or loved ones who are in need of intercession.

1. Provide first names only (no nicknames).

2. For Orthodox Christians, submit the baptismal name if possible.

3. Please enter one name per line, first name only with nothing else. Press the 'enter' key to go from line to line within the box. 

Names will remain on the list and in the litanies of the divine services for 40 days. For long-term requests, you may re-submit names. They will be lovingly prayed for privately, through the prayer ministry, rather than in the divine services.
