This educational session will address the tricky dance between the new requirements of SB4 and the constitutional rights of detained immigrants.

Date: MOnday June 26, 2017
Time: Noon | Doors will open at 11:45 a.m.
Location: Austin Bar office, 816 Congress Ave., Suite 700
CLE: 1 hour partic. credit, no ethics credit
Cost: FREE; open to Austin Bar Association members only.
Sandwiches, salad, and soda will be provided. Vegetarian & gluten-free options will be available.

Note: You are strongly encouraged to carpool, walk or park in another location, as parking is extremely limited. Attorneys must be responsible for their own parking validations for the 816 Congress Ave. Parking Garage. Discounted validations can be purchased from the Austin Bar Association front desk for $3 (valid from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.). Please have exact change or checks prepared. Credit cards will not be accepted in order to expedite check-outs.
