ESOS (Phase Two) Compliance
ESOS legislation is designed to meet the UK’s obligations under article 8 of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive and it requires all UK large undertakings to perform mandatory Energy Audits and report compliance to the Environment Agency every four years.

The next compliance deadline is the 5th December 2019 and work towards your compliance can be spread between now and this date, reducing the impact of the time and cost requirements on your business. ESOS compliance also presents an opportunity for your organisation to develop improved ongoing cost effective energy management and help meet its Corporate Social Responsibility objectives.

As an energy consultant, ECA is well placed to support you in understanding ESOS compliance requirements and to determine the options available including any costs.

In order for ECA to determine your requirements and provide a fully costed proposal and compliance strategy, we require the following information. Please complete at your earliest convenience and should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us on 01246 298598.
