Becoming an Outdoors Woman NWA Registration Application ($225.00 fee)
The Northwest Arkansas BOW will be held at the Ozark Natural Science Center in Huntsville, AR on November 1-3, 2019. Registration will begin at 10:00 am Friday, November 1st with the first class beginning at 1:30. The last class will end at 11:30 Sunday and then lunch will be served. Lodging will be bunkhouse style, and you will need to bring your own linens, towels and personal items. The fee for the weekend is $225.00. The facility is located in rough terrain. There will be a lot of walking on uneven ground as part of the weekend. Please consider this when choosing your classes and packing your clothes and shoes. You will have to sign a liability waiver in order to participate. Please complete this form to register for this event. The first 60 completed forms we receive will be sent a payment link. Please read and accept the cancellation policy: Cancellation Policy Acknowledgement- The applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following cancellation policy for the Becoming an Outdoors Woman Program sponsored by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission: Cancellation deadline is: Monday, October 7, 2019. If you cancel before October 7th, a $50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Registrants cancelling after that time will be assessed the full registration fee. Due to contract obligations, there are no exceptions to the cancellation policy. *

Repeat for each session even if you would like to take one of the double session classes. (Kings River Fishing and Leave No Trace Camp Out) We will do our best to get you in the classes you prefer, but that is not always possible due to class size limitations.
