JT HILLIGOSS Scholarship Recommendation Form
You've been asked to complete this application for a student applying for a $1000 scholarship from the JT Hilligoss Foundation. Your letter is due back to the committee by November 15, 2020.

Basic requirements for these scholarships are:
• Active in 2 or more sports
• Acceptance at a two or four-year university/college/technical college
• GPA of range of 2.5 to 3.5
• Completed application packet submitted  by November 15, 2020
• Student is in senior year at any High School
