Elementary Science Fair Application

The science fair takes place in the Lower Gym.


Below are the project set up dates for your advance planning: ​

Early set up
Saturday, March 21 and Sunday, March 22 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM each day.

Final set up
Monday, March 23 from 7:00 AM to 8:30

Judging/Interviews
Monday, March 23. (Please note: this is attended by students only.)

Awards Assembly:
Tuesday, March 24 during Chapel (appx 8:40 AM to 9:30 AM) and parents are highly encouraged to attend!

Public viewing dates:
- Tuesday, March 24 from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Wednesday, March 25 from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Thursday, March 26 from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Friday, March 27 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (This is also the Elementary Grandparents' & Special Friends' Day).

Project pickup:
Friday, March 27 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (and, with prior arrangements, during Spring Break).
