List of ingredients for products: Wheat Flour, water, yeast, kosher salt, brown sugar (for bagels), egg wash (bagels), jalapeno, cheese (either sharp cheddar or mozzarella), and kalamata olives. Bagel toppings include everything bagel, sesame seeds, and zaatar.
