2025 Parade Entry Form
2025 Paoli Fall Festival Parade
Sunday, August 31st at 2:00 P.M.

Requirements: 

  • Parade starts at 2pm promptly. 

  • Parade will begin forming at 12 pm at Cook Field at the Paoli High School. 

  • Please arrive no later than 1 pm to line up.  MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL VEHICLES WHEN YOU LINE UP FOR REGISTRATION. (Only parade entry vehicles are to be in the parade line up parking lot. ALL other vehicles associated with your entry MUST be parked at the Superintendents office.)

  • We cannot guarantee that there will be access to restrooms at the parade line up area.

  • Parade entry form must be submitted to the Paoli Chamber office by Wednesday, August 27, 2024, in order to schedule the lineup.  Parade entries that are not in by this date will be scheduled at the end of the line. 

  • Awards will be presented at JayCee Park at 4pm.
