UDA Community Partner Registration
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Community Partner with the Utah Doula Association! Your membership directly sponsors grants that give expecting families the birth and postpartum doula support they might otherwise go without.

After you submit this form, you’ll get an email with steps to create your profile and a link to complete your payment.  Here's what is included in your membership:

TIER 1 Community Partner Benefits ($50/year):
  • Your business profile will be listed in our directory where parents and other members can search by location, specialties, etc.
  • Your profile will be listed on BirthCircle.com and linked to your UDA listing. Any updates you make on either site will automatically appear on both.  
  • You can advertise your business and services once a week and comment on posts looking for services in the Utah Birth Forum on Facebook (8,800+ members). 
  • You will have the ability to post your events, classes, trainings, and more on our calendar for parents and other birth workers to see.
  • You will get a discount on our annual UDA Spring Conference with CEU options.
  • Networking, mentoring, community, support, advertising, and more!

TIER 2 Community Partner Benefits ($100/year):
  • Tier 1 Benefits PLUS
  • Spotlight post on our social media accounts bi-annually.
  • A shout out in the Utah Birth Forum Facebook group bi-annually.
  • One of your blog posts published on the UDA Website.

TIER 3 Community Partner Benefits ($150/year):
  • Tier 1 & 2 Benefits PLUS
  • A Featured Sponsor listing on the UDA Website Homepage.
  • A Featured Sponsor in our monthly UDA Email.
  • A Featured Sponsor at our annual UDA Conference and Retreat.
