Community Education Request Form
Face Addiction Now (FAN) believes that education is crucial to prevention, which in turn is crucial to reducing the number of people affected by addiction and erasing the stigma that is associated with the disease. In addition to the monthly meetings that our multiple Michigan chapters offer, FAN also presents to hundreds of schools, universities, and institutions across the state and nationwide each year.

Please Note: This request form is for private and public hosts. Educational sessions can be scheduled both in-person or virtually. Our primary service area for in-person events is southeast Michigan. We will do our best to provide in-person educational sessions outside of the southeast Michigan area, but cannot guarantee so. Private virtual educational sessions are always available statewide.

Basic training details:
  • Length for all education sessions is approximately one hour.
  • Date/time of training can be scheduled to fit the needs of your group (weekday, weekends, morning, afternoon, evening)
  • To host an in-person educational session at your location, the location must have an available "training room" for your intended audience size. Ideally, this room would have (though not required) technology available to display a PowerPoint presentation.
