Welcome to fitness training for parents with little ones! In order for us to have a good start to our workouts, it's especially useful to have a bit of background about you and your little one(s). This will help target your goals and modify exercises as needed. After submitting the form, you will be taken to a confirmation page with further details on class times, locations, payment options and what to bring. Thank you!
Which class(es) would you like to attend?
Buggy Burn, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10.30-11.30am (ongoing), Queen Mary Gardens, Gylly Beach, Falmouth. Toning and cardio interval outdoor training with little ones in tow (babies through to pre-schoolers, or come on your own).
Parents and Tots Pilates, Mondays, 9.30-10.30am (Term-time only), Fox Rosehill Gardens, Falmouth. Babies up to pre-schoolers are welcome to come along and play whilst we workout (but equally, you can come on your own).

Buggy Burn can be paid for in packs of 5 classes for £25, or £6 for drop-ins (packs can be used anytime within a 6-month period). Parents and Tots Pilates runs in half-termly blocks during term time only, full course bookings recommended, drop-ins available if space allows (current courses listed at
). BACS and other payment details are provided after submitting this form. Please enquire directly about Personal and Semi-private training session fees, as factors such as distance travelled and session bundles will affect rates.
