So that we can continue to support our school in the best ways possible, please help us evaluate the MOSAIC PTO by providing your thoughts and constructive feedback to the questions below.

Which fundraisers did your family participate in this school year? What is your overall impression of the fundraisers the MOSAIC PTO offered? The fundraisers included: Golf Tournament, MOSAIC Mile, Fall Mum Sale, Trivia Night. Papa John's Dine Out, Box Tops, and Amazon Smile.
Is there an event or fundraiser you would like to see the PTO eliminate? Which event(s) or fundraiser(s) did you not participate in and why?
Is there is a product fundraiser or fundraising event you would like the PTO to consider adding? If so, are you willing to help develop it?
The PTO participated in several engagement activities for MOSAIC staff and our surrounding community including: stocking the teachers lounge, conference meals, Thanksgiving Breakfast, "Tolietree" Drive benefitting Lydia's House and Teacher Appreciation Week. Which engagement pieces did you participate in?
Is there a special project or an engagement program that you feel should be considered for next year? If so, please describe. Would you be willing to help organize this project or program?
MOSAIC PTO utilizes Dr. Clark's Monday emails and MOSAIC Facebook page to communicate information to parents. Do you read this communication? How do you feel PTO does in providing information to our school community?
