Fall 2025 Commencement Accommodations Request Form
The Fall 2025 URI Commencement ceremonies will be held at The Ryan Center on Saturday, December 13, 2025.

The Ryan Center is accessible to all guests and features wheelchair-accessible guest entrances, accessible seating options and companion seating at all levels, and select disability parking. Preferred seating for persons with visual and hearing impairments is available upon request. Additional questions regarding accessibility requests can be directed to the Ryan Center Box Office via phone 401-874-7267 (RAMS) or in-person. More information regarding the Ryan Center’s ADA accommodations can be found https://theryancenter.com/sports/2023/1/2/ada-seating.aspx. 

This form is for persons who plan to attend the commencement ceremony and will need Assistive Listening Devices (ALD), American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter services, and accessible seating. There are no fees for the use of these services.  

Please complete a separate form for each individual requesting accommodations.
